Groundwater management area includes the entire Counties of Grant, Hooker, Thomas, Blaine, and Logan, the southern portion of Cherry and Brown Counties and the eastern portion of McPherson County. The Upper Loup NRD has recently adopted new Groundwater Management Rules and Regulations.
