To promote conservation, water quality, and waste reduction within the District, the ULNRD has placed several collection trailers around the district.
RECYCLE TRAILER LOCATIONS:

    BROWNLEE: East of old Post Office.
    DUNNING: Southwest corner of High School parking lot.
    HALSEY: Just south of the Community Building.
    HYANNIS: Hyannis School Parking Lot.
    MULLEN: At the Village drop-off site during normal business hours.
    THEDFORD: 39252 Hwy 2--The ULNRD office parking lot.
    STAPLETON: In the old state yard on the west edge of town.

*PLEASE NOTE: for any item that is to be recycled it must be empty.*

COLLECTING:   

    Number 1 and Number 2 plastics ONLY: labels and lids don't need to be removed
    *no plastic bags or plastic utensils
    Aluminum
    Tin: labels don't need to be removed, please rinse
    Newspaper/paper/magazines: no heavy construction paper or heavily dyed
    Cardboard: please break down to allow more storage

UPPER LOUP NRD OFFICE IS NOW ACCEPTING:
calculators, cell phones and pagers*, digital and video cameras*, eBook Readers*, GPS and radar detectors, inkjet cartridges, iPads and tablets*, iPods and MP3 players*, mobile hot spots, PDAs*, video games and accessories, video game consoles and handhelds
(*These items only accepted with or without batteries and chargers. Please do not send in batteries unless they are with the device.) Please stop by our office with your items or call if you have any questions.
